We are excited to share that we will be participating in the upcoming NHS Providers Show on 14-15 November. This event is a pivotal opportunity for healthcare professionals and organisations to explore the latest advancements and strategies in healthcare. Over two days, we will showcase our expertise and innovative solutions in various key areas of healthcare management and strategy.

Day 1: Business intelligence – Powering your decisions

The first day of the show is dedicated to our Business Intelligence services. Our specialist data and analytics team plays a crucial role in supporting health systems with their daily management and strategic development needs. At the heart of this service is our AristotleXi platform, which offers bespoke, agile business intelligence solutions. This tool is instrumental in enabling informed decision-making, particularly in finance and service strategy, and plays a vital role in supporting effective population health management (PHM). By amalgamating various data sources for thorough analysis, our approach aligns seamlessly with the NHS Long Term Plan, particularly in advancing preventive healthcare and early intervention, thereby informing focused health initiatives.

Day 2: Elective Care Optimisation and Nursing and Urgent Care team

On the second day, our focus shifts to elective care optimisation and the services provided by our Nursing and Urgent Care Team.

Elective care optimisation

Our expert team will be available to discuss the comprehensive support we offer NHS providers in recovering and optimising elective care. This includes:

– Discharging patients from your patient administration system

– Strategies for reducing waiting lists

– Optimising patient choice and provider selection

– Improving pathways and transforming outpatient care

– Implementing a Patient Engagement Portal (PEP)

– Analysing waiting lists and prioritising patients

Nursing and urgent care

Meet our dedicated team who are committed to advancing patient experiences and outcomes. Our services encompass:

– Urgent care support and escalation management, featuring our web-based EMS+ and expert-led System Control Centres

– Tailored solutions for urgent care and patient flow, aimed at enhancing patient journeys and reducing hospital stays

– Collaborative efforts in clinical quality and safety, working alongside health teams to maintain service excellence
