Helping integrated care systems to form and perform

As a key part of eight integrated care systems (ICSs) in England we understand the challenges and opportunities they face. Breaking down organisational boundaries, removing duplication, developing new governance and contractual relationships; and combining huge amounts of data to understand how to improve population health are all on the to-do lists of NHS system leaders.

Through the day-to-day support of our subject matter experts and close alignment with NHS England transformation priorities, we understand today's needs of health systems to help them not just form but perform.

We work hand-in-glove with England's three other care system support services (CSUs) to offer a high quality, consistent, seamless service across the whole country.
