Our Change ManagementTM training includes a fully accredited APMGTM exam, certification and digital badge, equipping you with the knowledge, proven methods and techniques to lead change and involve those impacted by it, and to design effective communication strategies, helping organisations manage change and reap the benefits. These courses are open to delegates from the NHS, other public sector organisations and the private sector.
What is included in our training?
Change Management Foundation covers the basic principles and a structured approach for shaping a change initiative, “reading” the organisational context for change, understanding human responses to change and unlocking resistance, how to identify and engage with stakeholders, communication principles and roles and responsibilities for achieving successful organisation change
Change Management Practitioner certification is for those who have passed the Foundation exam and includes levers to help embed change and ensure its sustainability, strategies to manage learning and development, a framework for coaching colleagues, insights into handling conflict and approaches to facilitate collaborative design of change.
