Director of Strategy and Deputy Managing Director
Janet Budd is an accomplished leader and strategic thinker serving as the Director of Strategy and Deputy Managing Director at MLCSU. With a keen focus on delivering value to customers amidst the evolving landscape of the NHS, Janet plays a crucial role in shaping the CSU’s future strategy.
Having joined MLCSU in 2021, Janet also holds the position of Director of the Transformation Unit, further contributing to the CSU’s commitment to driving positive change and innovation.
Janet brings a wealth of leadership experience and an impressive track record in the health sector, both as a consultant and in various leadership roles within the NHS. Her expertise and insights continue to fuel MLCSU’s growth and success.
In recognition of her exceptional contributions, Janet assumed the role of Deputy Managing Director at MLCSU in Spring 2023. Her visionary approach and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the organisation.
