April was a milestone month for Horizons and Proud2bOps, showcasing the power of collaboration, innovation and recognition in driving positive transformation across health and care.
Together Horizons and Proud2bOps are proud to work with a range of partners and collaborators on our mission to improve the world of health and care through our innovative and proven change methods.
Here is a glimpse of the incredible work we’ve undertaken in the past month.
Making moves with Sport England
Sasha Karakusevic presenting
April began with a bang for Horizons. Working with Sport England and the Office for Health Improvement Disparities, the Horizons Physical Activity team celebrated the publication of Four Ways Forward, a report which outlines and encourages people to be more active in order to prevent, manage and treat health conditions. Our team have brought together more than 30 programmes and organisations, creating a diverse network which contributed to this publication.
“We are pleased with where we have got to and there is already a lot of interest in how to work with the Four Ways Forward to strengthen the local partnerships, that are essential to support people to be more active”.
