NHS Midlands and Lancashire (ML) has been successful in its bid for an important national procurement framework.

The Transforming Organisations, Partnerships and Systems Framework has been designed by East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub to support the evolving and developing landscape of publicly-funded services, including the drive towards service-user focused and patient-centric services.

A total of 46 suppliers feature on the new framework however, NHS ML is one of only three suppliers to have successfully secured a place on all eight lots.

Janet Budd, Interim Managing Director of NHS ML, said:

“The Transforming Organisations, Partnerships and Systems Framework reflects our key aim to improve patient services and outcomes while delivering value for money.

“The framework allows a direct route for customers to engage our services while giving them the confidence that we are offering compliant, quality services that meet a robust criteria and evaluation model.

“Our submission, which demonstrated the breadth and depth of our capability along with our specialist services, was of a high standard and we are delighted to have secured a place on all eight lots, receiving strong scores and extremely positive feedback on each.”

The framework covers a range of services including sustainable services modelling, strategy, training, financial advisory services, procurement, workforce transformation, multi-disciplinary consultancy, communications, engagement and more.

The East of England Transforming Organisations, Partnerships and Systems – Multi-Speciality Support and Advisory Consultancy Services Framework runs for three years with an option to extend for one year.

The lots:

  • Lot 1 Sustainable Services Modelling, Design and Improvement
  • Lot 2 Strategy, System Leadership, Governance and Integrated Assurance
  • Lot 3 Training, Quality Assurance and Consultation Services
  • Lot 4 Commercial, Financial and Analytical Related Advisory Services
  • Lot 5 Procurement and Supply Chain Services
