Workforce report
As part of our legal duty and commitment to the equalities agenda across Lancashire, Staffordshire and Central Midlands we annually publish our workforce data (within the Annual Equality and Inclusion Report).
This data is broken down by (pay bands), age, gender, disability, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, and where information is available we will report by gender reassignment (Trans issues), marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, and carers.
Note: Some data may be withheld from the report to comply with Data Protection Act requirements when publishing equality data.
