If you would like to know more about NHS ML or about how the services we provide could support your organisation, please email mlcsu.partnerships@nhs.net.

To raise a complaint about a service provided by NHS ML, please head over to our corporate Complaints Form. For IT related complaints, please use this form instead.

For queries regarding Personalised Healthcare Commissioning (including continuing healthcare) please call the relevant local team below. Teams are available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays).

Freedom of Information requests regarding our internal business or how NHS ML operates should be sent to NHS England via england.contactus@nhs.net.

Please include the words “Freedom of Information” in the subject line.
