MLCSU becomes system provider to support integrated care

We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the NHS England Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF), having scored highly for all 10 lots.

As we all strive to meet the needs of our communities through population health management and better system integration this is an exciting springboard for us in our mission to support our customers. On top of our recent success in gaining a place on the NHS Shared Business Services’ ‘Consult 18’ consultancy services procurement framework, this strengthens our position as a leading transactional and transformation support provider that’s of the NHS and for the NHS.

Infrastructure, Insight, Impact and Intervention

With our strategic partners we can connect with customers through the HSSF, supplementing core capabilities with leading-edge innovations to help deliver more person- and population-centred care. Our services and solutions are already reaping benefits for STPs and ICSs in the Midlands and the North West. For example:

  • Our work with Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent STP to manage change in planned care that is predicted to save between 1.9million and £4.4million per annum
  • EMS+, our escalation management system, giving managers a real-time view of urgent and emergency care performance to help them make efficient use of resources
  • Our Strategy Unit’s work with Dudley CCG, providing specialist skills, instigating innovations, evaluating and bringing investment to develop and test the Multispecialty Community Provider new care model.
